Starting your journey as a patient with us is simple. Just reach out to us via clicking the appointment link, phone or email and we'll guide you through the rest. During our brief intake call, we'll get to know your child and their unique health history.
If necessary, we'll send you some screening forms to fill out and gather any additional information we may need.
Next, we'll schedule your initial consult with our doctor. This hour-long appointment will ensure your concerns are heard, review past medical history, and a thorough understanding of your child's individual history.
We would next map out a plan of action which may include additional testing , gathering and reviewing school , doctors reports to arrive at a diagnosis.
After the necessary reviews and testing , we'll schedule a second consult to discuss and formalize your diagnosis and create a personalized plan for moving forward. We would also generate reports and make referrals as needed.
If needed we will start medication, and then set up close follow up's to ensure you're responding well to treatment.
